1.Who are my trainers?

All trainers are CFPs/ MBAs with a minimum of 4 years experience in the field of Finance. Each holds a specialization of his own and is passionate about the subject he trains on.

2. What do I get at the end of the session?

At the end of each session you will be given a Certification of Completion of the topic you attend.


3. What after I complete a session?

We strongly believe in active learning. Once you begin your association with us, we will continue to interact with you through Newsletters, Updates on various articles and topic on our Blog and FB pages. You are also welcome to attend our chat sessions.


4. Do I need to carry a print out of my booking details?

Yes, you need to carry your booking details along with a photo id proof while you are attending the session.


5. In case I wish to reschedule my session, is that possible?

Yes, it is possible to reschedule your session. Check with us on the next session on the same subject. Keep your booking details handy and we will accommodate you if there are any seats left.


6. In case I cannot attend a chat session, can I access archives on the website?

Yes, all chats are archived with their dates and topics. We ensure you do not miss on any information in case you miss a chat session.


7. What if the location of the session is not as per my convenience?

In case you cannot attend a session in any of the cities where we conduct workshops, you could get in touch with us and we would try to organize a session in your city with your help, provided there is a good turnout.

8. What if I don’t wish to use the payment gateway?

We have options to pay us through cheques/Demand Drafts favouring “The Financial Alphabet”. Do call or mail us to make your booking.
